Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via website, online-travel agents, email or telephone at Case De Amor (Mars Enterprises & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd). Please read these carefully as they contain important information about your stay with us. Please contact us if there are any clarifications or further information required and we will be happy to assist.
Deposit for your Accommodation
For all bookings to be confirmed, full pre-payment is required to be made via bank transfer at the time of making the booking.
Cancellation or Amendment:
Cancellations received for confirmed booking 07 days prior to check in will be entitled to a full refund.
Completion of Booking:
Your booking will only be considered complete once you receive a confirmation number, at which point a contract will be formed between you and Case De Amor (Mars Enterprises & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd) (hereafter referred to in these terms as “we” “us” or “Mars Enterprises & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd”).
Guests under 18:
Please note that all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied guests who are under the age of 18.
Booking for the Villa:
Bookings for the villa will only be accepted from persons who are 18 years of age and above. The guest has no right to sub-let the villa or permit more than the specified number of persons to occupy it.
We reserve the right to require proof of age from anyone who in our reasonable opinion appears to us to be under the age of 25
Failure to arrive:
In the event you fail to arrive for your stay before 22:00 hrs on the day of arrival and you have not notified us of delay in arrival time and no cancellation or change of booking has been received in writing, and duly acknowledged by us, the entire pre-payment paid at the time of making the booking will be payable and retained by us and your accommodation will be released.
Cancellation or change made by us
We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking however, where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund and we will have no further liability to you in relation to the cancellation. In the event of over-booking, we will assist you with relocation to alternative accommodation.
You accept, by making your reservation with us that our cancellation and change policy is fair and reasonable, balancing your expectation of a refund for services that you require to cancel or change against our legitimate risk that we will not reasonably be able to re-sell accommodation or other services when cancellation or change is made at short notice and that from the point of you making your reservation we will have ceased marketing the accommodation that is reserved for you. On that basis, any element of pre-payment retained by us is accepted by you as being a fair compensation of lost revenue incurred by us.
Check-In & Check-Out
The villa will be available check-in from 15:00 hrs until 22:00 hrs on the day of arrival, unless prior intimation has been received. Please let us know your arrival details at the time of making your booking.
Guests expected to arrive after 22:00 hrs are requested to inform the Reservation team in advance so that intimation can be given to the caretaker on-site.
Guest is required to complete the pre-registration formalities and submit the same before arrival. You may also be required to confirm your identity by providing your passport, driving licence or other form of photo ID upon check-in as verification.
The villa must be vacated by 10:30 hrs unless prior arrangements have been made.
Security: Guests travelling from outside India are required by law to present their passport and inform the Reception the place of next destination at the time of check-in. If you do not have your passport, we reserve the right not to honour your reservation. We will retain this record for a period of 12 months, and we may disclose this to a Police Officer or other Government officials as required by law. We are required to collect this information in relation to each member of your party and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is unable to provide this information.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of the applicable GST charges at the time of making your booking.
During your stay, we ask that you comply with the following house rules:
Food & Drink:
An A la carte breakfast will be provided complimentary as per your package and will be served from 07.30am to 10.30am.
No food & drinks will be allowed in the guest bedroom’s.
All guests are asked to respect our nearby residents during their stay an refrain from causing any disturbance.
The Villa is completely non-smoking within the premises across all areas and e-cigarettes are also not permitted. A dedicated smoking area has been outside the Villa has been provided for your convenience.
If we suspect that you have been smoking within the premises of the villa a charge of INR 2000/- will be levied and you may be asked to vacate the property and no refund shall be made for the unused duration of your stay.
Animals & Pets:
No animals will be allowed.
Children between the ages from 0-7 years of age may be accommodated at no additional charge however cannot exceed 03 children per booking. No additional bed will be provided.
Children above 8 years will be considered as adults and will be charged accordingly.
You are renting villa at your own risk and the management / owner will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you while you are checked into the villa, if such loss or damage arises out of any event/action which is not directly attributable to the management/owner of the Villa. The management has taken all care to see that all fittings, furnishings, appliances, etc. are in good working order and the premises is always kept in good repair. Any loss or damage or injury arising out of misuse by the guest will be at the sole risk and responsibility of the guest.
We kindly ask that you respect premises and our employees and refrain from any improper, violent or abusive behaviour and any illegal conduct at all times during your stay with us. We reserve the right to require you and your guests, if any, to leave the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay, with no refund, in the event that you fail to respect this policy.
A damage deposit of INR 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Cost of repairs for any damage found attributable to the guest will be adjusted from the damage deposit. In the event the cost of repairs exceeds Rs. 10,000/- the guest may be asked to reimburse the balance costs at the time of check out itself.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk and we are unable to take responsibility for any damages to your car, theft or missing belongings. Please make sure that all valuables are removed from your car and stored in the safes provided in your accommodation.
Damage & Loss
Lockable wardrobe’s are provided in each guest bedroom & we request that all valuable items be stored in the wardrobe & locked.
We shall not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any of our guests or to their property.
All activities that are either booked individually, or as part of a package, are conducted by outsourced 3rd party agencies. The management/owner is merely facilitating the providing of such activities and if you engage the services of any of these third party agencies, it will be a direct contract between yourself and the third party with no involvement or liability of the management.
You should carefully review the description of any experience you intend to book to ensure that you (and any additional guests you are booking for) meet any minimum age, proficiency, fitness or any other requirements specified by the 3rd party in their listing.
Any cancellation in reservation(s), denial of access to services or products or forfeiture of money paid as a result of violations of the Supplier’s terms is at the sole discretion of the Supplier and is outside the scope of Black Sheep Hotel’s responsibility and authority.
Suppliers have the ultimate responsibility for the safety of you and your party. Black Sheep Hotels shall not be responsible for loss or damage to possessions, injury, loss of life or consequential damages which might occur from any cause whatsoever.
Your Personal Information
Additional General Terms and Conditions for the villa.
The number of guests that can be accommodated in the villa will be informed at the time of booking. Extra persons may be accommodated at an additional charge. Prior information on any additional guests must be provided at the time of making the reservation. If additional guest over and above the confirmed number are noticed on arrival or at any point during stay additional charges will be levied accordingly. If the guest are more than the number that the villa can be accommodated they will be ask to leave.
External visitor’s are permitted during the day however parties / gatherings of more than 25 person are not permitted unless prior permission is taken.
The pool is only 04FT deep and diving and jumping is strictly not permitted for safety reasons. Any injury suffered by jumping /diving into the pool is at the sole risk of the guest and the management/owner shall not be responsible for the same.
The villa has the sufficient amount of melamine & poly carbonate crockery and glassware and this must be used in the garden or by the pool side. No glass crockery or glassware or bottle of any alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages will be allowed in this area.
If noticed penalty will be charged and the same will be intimated to you.
Regular housekeeping will be done once a day. Additional sets of fresh linen are available with the caretaker and same will be provided on request. Should your duration be longer than 04 days the linen will be changed on the 04th day and every consecutive 04th day thereafter.
You agree to leave the villa in a clean condition, just as you would expect to find it on your arrival. It is necessary to inform the caretaker about your time of departure so that they may inspect the accommodation to ensure that there are no damages. The deposit of Rs. 10000/- will be refunded only upon inspection of the villa. Should there be any damages to the property beyond this amount you will be expected to pay the same before departure.
Barbecues are permitted only in the designated area and details are available with caretaker.
Other Important Terms
Mars Enterprises and Hospitality Pvt Ltd will not be responsible and will not pay any compensation where we are prevented or delayed from performing our obligations due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flood, earthquake, mechanical breakdown, IT failure, fire, adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, war, riots, disturbance of law and order, disruption in supply of gas, water or other utilities, natural disasters, infectious diseases, or due to any supervening imposition of law.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
Governing Law & Disputes:
These terms are governed by Indian law
