Terms and Conditions

Payment for your booking using your credit card will reflect under the name of Gate Gourmet India Private Limited in your statement.

Your villa will be available for check-in post 15:00hrs. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 hrs you are requested to inform the Care Taker in advance, as the main gate to the villa is shut for safety reasons. Breakfast is served daily from 8.00 am to 10 am. We request that you please keep us informed of any dietary restrictions via email.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstance, and we strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation. Exceptions cannot be made regardless of the circumstances.

Any damages/ missing items from the room or in hotel premises will be charged to the guest’s credit card. For more details please refer to the “Damage” policy on our website.

In order to ensure you have a smooth check-in at the villa may we request you to share the below details for all guests staying with you.

Indian Nationals –

  • Valid photo id ( Aadhaar card/ Driving license ) of all guests.
  • Residential address of main contact person.
  • Mobile number of the main contact person

Foreign Nationals –

  • Passport copy of all guests including the date of issue and expiry.
  • Valid Visa copy of all guests including the date of issue and expiry.
  • One residential address back home.
  • Mobile number of the main contact person
  • Last City you are arriving from, to Goa.
  • Next destination city post departure from Goa
